Window, Door & Siding Company Serving Catoosa, OK

Railroad Stop, Route 66 Town, Port City, and Our Home Base

Window replacement in Catoosa is close to home for us, because our shop is here. The town started as a cattle-shipping stop after the Atlantic and Pacific Railroad, later the Frisco, laid track in 1881 and 1882, served Route 66 travelers in the 1940s and 1950s, and became a port town in 1971, when the Tulsa Port of Catoosa opened at the head of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. It grew from 1,561 people in 1980 to 5,449 in 2000.

Our shop is on Redbud Drive, about a mile from City Hall, so a Catoosa estimate is the shortest drive we make. We handle window installation, entry door replacement, and siding on houses built from the 1960s through the 2000s, and we build composite and PVC decks. Windows, doors, and siding carry our 5-year workmanship warranty, with financing available.

What We Find in Catoosa Homes

  1. Replacement windows for Catoosa's 1960s and 1970s houses

About 1,070 Catoosa homes, roughly one in three, were built between 1960 and 1979, while the town grew from 638 people to 1,561. If yours still has its first windows, it likely has single-pane glass or early aluminum frames that run cold to the touch all winter. Each new window is $950 to $1,250 installed, and our guide to old windows and energy bills explains what the upgrade changes.

  2. Foggy window repair when only the glass has failed

Catoosa's busiest building decade was 2000 to 2009, with 634 homes, and double-pane units from those years are now old enough for seals to give out. If the frames and sashes are sound and the trouble is fog between the panes, swapping just the sealed unit, at $750 to $950 per opening, usually fixes it, and we will say so when a full window can wait. Read about glass-only replacement.

  3. Siding for 100 mph gusts and heavy snow

NOAA records estimated gusts of 100 mph in Catoosa on June 17, 2023, a storm that left some Rogers County homes without power for more than a week. On February 1, 2011, 12 to 16 inches of snow fell across the county and its weight collapsed a roof at the Hard Rock casino in Catoosa. Wind finds loose siding first, so compare vinyl and James Hardie siding before you choose.

  4. Replacement windows and doors for Catoosa rentals

About 39% of occupied homes in Catoosa are rented. If you own one, we price every window and door on its own line, so you can replace the worst openings now and the rest at the next turnover, one side of the house at a time. Because our shop is in town, a fogged unit or a dragging door between tenants is a short trip for us, and the work carries the same 5-year workmanship warranty.

Permits & Local Rules in Catoosa

Catoosa Permits, Codes, and Utilities

Catoosa runs its own permits and inspections out of City Hall at 214 S. Cherokee Street. Here is what the city code and the city's website say as of October 2026.

Permits
Section 10-1-3 of the city code requires a building permit whenever a structure is erected, constructed, altered, improved, moved, or removed. It does not single out like-for-like window, door, or siding replacement, so confirm with Permitting and Inspections at 918-266-2505 before work starts, or we can check for you.
Codes
Catoosa's Section 10-2-1 still lists the 2009 International Residential Code, adopted in 2015, but it gives way wherever state-adopted codes go further. Since September 14, 2026, Oklahoma's 2024 IRC has been the statewide minimum for residential work.
Fees and posting
Permit fees are set by city council motion or resolution, kept on file with the city clerk, and paid before the permit is issued. We could not find the amounts posted online, so ask when you apply. The permit has to be displayed on the house while work is underway, and each day a violation continues counts as a separate offense.
Decks
The city's permit application asks whether your lot is in a flood zone or on a corner, and both can affect where a deck may go. Catoosa has also been working on a new Unified Development Code to replace its zoning and subdivision rules, so ask which setbacks apply to your lot. The permit is already built into what we charge for a deck.
Utilities
Depending on the address, Catoosa homes get electricity from PSO or Verdigris Valley Electric Cooperative, and water from the city or the City of Tulsa. Neither electric utility rebates windows or doors, and the federal 25C credit for windows expired after December 31, 2025.

Catoosa Window, Door & Siding Questions

Common Questions From Catoosa Homeowners

Do I need a permit to replace windows in Catoosa?
It may. Catoosa's code requires a building permit whenever a structure is altered or improved, but it does not spell out whether a same-size window swap counts. Call Permitting and Inspections at City Hall, 918-266-2505, or we can check for you ahead of the job. The fee is set by the city council and is paid before the permit is issued.
Is there a rebate for new windows in Catoosa?
No. Depending on the street, Catoosa homes get electricity from PSO or Verdigris Valley Electric Cooperative, and neither offers a window or door rebate as of October 2026. The federal tax credit for windows is gone as of January 1, 2026. PSO customers can still get small rebates on door sweeps, door seals, and weatherstripping, and up to $600 for attic insulation.
Is there a window company based in Catoosa?
Yes. Morgan Windows' shop is at 19453 Redbud Drive in Catoosa, about a mile from City Hall. That makes Catoosa the shortest trip on our schedule. We measure at your house at no charge and leave you an itemized written quote, opening by opening, before anything is ordered.
How much does window replacement cost in Catoosa?
Window replacement in Catoosa costs $950 to $1,250 per window installed, the same as anywhere else we work. When the frame is still good and the problem is fog between the panes, a new glass unit costs $750 to $950 per opening instead. Roughly one Catoosa house in three dates from 1960 to 1979, and if those still have their first single-pane windows, full replacement is usually money well spent.
Who installs siding in Catoosa, OK?
We do. Morgan Windows installs new siding and replaces storm-damaged siding in Catoosa from our shop on Redbud Drive. Wind is the recurring problem here: NOAA logged estimated 100 mph gusts in town on June 17, 2023. We walk every wall, write up what the storm broke so your adjuster has it on paper, and replace only those pieces. Siding is priced after we measure.
Do you build decks in Catoosa?
Yes, we build composite and PVC decks in Catoosa and handle the permit. A typical 12x12 to 16x20 composite or PVC deck up to 8 feet high runs about $10,600 to $16,100 installed, permit included. Catoosa's permit application asks about flood zones and corner lots, and the city has been rewriting its zoning rules, so we confirm the setbacks for your lot before we build.
